Description for the ADC16DX370EVM

The ADC16DX370EVM is an evaluation module used for evaluation of the ADC16DX370.  The ADC16DX370 is a low power, 16-bit, 370-MSPS analog to digital converter (ADC) with a buffered analog input, and outputs featuring a JESD204B interface operating at up to 7.4Gb/s. The EVM has transformer coupled analog inputs to accommodate a wide range of signal sources and frequencies. A LMK04828 is placed on the EVM and can be optionally configured to provide an ultra-low-jitter ADC Device clock and SYSREF for a complete JESD204B subclass 1 clocking solution.

 The ADC16DX370 and LMK04828 are controlled through an easy to use software GUI to enable quick configuration for a variety of uses.

The ADC16DX370EVM connects directly to the TSW14J56EVM data capture hardware via the high speed FMC connector and may optionally be connected to a number of FPGA reference platforms from a number of vendors.  The High Speed Data Converter Pro Software is also available for data capture and analysis support when using the TSW14J56EVM.
