Description for the TPS54317EVM-159

The TPS54317EVM-159 kit allows the designer to easily evaluate the TPS54317 synchronous buck DC/DC converter with integrated 3 A continuous power MOSFETs. This design is optimized for small size by taking advantage of the high switching frequency of the TPS54317. The input range is 3-6 V and the output voltage is adjustable down to 0.9 V (module present to 1.8 V). The output voltage is easily modified by changing a resistor divider. The TPS54317 is ideal for regulating the voltage in high density point of load applications from a 3.3 V or 5 V rail for high performance DSPs, FPGA, ASICs and microcontrollers.
